Facebook Twitter GoogleCheryl, words seem worthless at this time. I’m so sorry you are mourning the loss of Mike, now. I plan to be at the funeral. Please let me know if I can help you in any way. I’m so jealous and happy for him that he is with Jesus, with a perfect body, able to worship Him with your mom & dad. You have been and will continue to be in my prayers.
Sincerely,

Facebook Twitter GoogleI didn’t know Mike well, but he was always friendly. I don’t know if he remembered me from school, but when I saw him around town, he would always say “hi” and wish me a great day! Gone far too soon.

Facebook Twitter GoogleI am feeling really sad to hear of Mike passing, my family hearts goes out to you and your family. I have great memories of you, Mike, Uncle Ronnie, Aunt Peggy coming to family events. Mike would make be laugh every time he would come in at Jerry Body Shop and say” I did it again”. He always had a smile and loved life. He always had a story to tell me when he would bring candy and snacks for the machines. Love Mark, Bonnie and family

Facebook Twitter GoogleWhile I only knew Mike for a short time it was a pure joy to talk with him over coffee. He was a wealth of knowledge and was one of the first to make me feel at home in Frankfort.

Facebook Twitter GoogleMy deepest condolences to Mike’s family and nearby friends. I knew Mike from FarmHouse at Purdue. We would occasionally meet for lunch or coffee in the ensuing years while I was still in Indiana. Facebook brought us back together a few years ago.
When Mike had his car accident while he was at FarmHouse he helped to bring us all together as a group of young men who have now scattered to the four winds. Those were special times. Mike showed remarkable courage in his recovery. Never looking back. Rarely wallowing in self-pity or self-doubt. Rather, he showed incredible inner strength and took full advantage of whatever life dealt him. What a wonderful example of a life well-lived! No doubt, if he would have been able to stay longer, many more would have had the chance to get to know Mike, and they’d likely turn out to be a better person for having had that opportunity. I am confident that I am a better person for having known Mike. Rest in Peace, Brother.

Facebook Twitter GoogleMike & our son Chris were guards on the football team … really got to know & observe Mike at that time … always enjoyed talking with his father, Ron, and later my time with Mike sitting around the tables in the library coffee shop. Mike was always interested in what Chris was doing and how Phoebe was doing in real estate. One of the last times I was with him in the coffee shop, he introduced me to a friend he had invited to the coffee shop for a cup of coffee … typical Mike always connecting with people. We’ll miss Mike. Our prayers are with the family.

Facebook Twitter GoogleSorry for your loss, I enjoyed cutting his hair, he always like to tease people in the shop. We talked about your dad, mom and your family. In the winter he would bring me coffee from McDonald’s, and I’m not big coffee drinker. I never had the heart to tell him that, just knocked some off the price of haircut.
