Melissa S. Koppelmann, 71, formerly of Frankfort, Ind., died on September 11, 2023 at Mulberry Health in Mulberry, Indiana. She was born on April 18, 1952 in Clinton County to Paul G. and Lucella M. (Howard) Robinson. She married Kenneth K. Koppelmann on September 25, 1971 in Frankfort and he preceded her in death on December 14, 2022.
Melissa is a 1970 graduate of Clinton Central High School and worked as Custodian at National Seal for over 40 years, retiring in 2014. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Frankfort. She enjoyed her flower garden, loved sitting by the pool, watching “I Love Lucy”, and she loved her cats. She loved spending time with her husband and best friends in the Dine & Travel Club, but her favorite thing was spending time with her Grandchildren.
Memorial Donations may be made in Melissa’s honor to the Clinton County Humane Society, P.O. Box 455, Frankfort, IN 46041.
Visitation and Services
A Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Surviving are her Daughter: Jennifer (Brad) Morland of Lafayette; Sister: Melinda Elaine (Merc Nelson) of Indianapolis; Grandchildren: Connor and Kevin Ferdinand; and Great-Grandchildren: Ella Grace and Everett Ferdinand.
Preceded by:
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Kenneth, and daughter: Stacy Koppelmann.
