Maverick Carter Faulkner gained his angel wings on April 19, 2022.  He was born on April 8, 2022 in Lebanon to Synnthia “Kaiti” Faulkner and Jonathan “Jonny” Fouse.

 

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 8:30 - 10 a.m. Friday, April 22, 2022 at Goodwin Funeral Home.  Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery. 

Survived by:

Sweet baby Maverick is survived by his parents and brother: Karson Jacob Fouse; maternal grandmother: Rebecca Gallichan; paternal grandparents: Terry & Nikki Fouse; maternal great-grandparents: Joel & Kathy Denniston and Allen & Marlene Faulkner; maternal great-great-grandmother: Thelma Denniston; paternal great-great-grandparents: Kathy Boggs and Chuck & Donna Toney; aunts & uncles: Karrington & Josh Payne, Bethany & Josh Spencer, Rachel & Aaron Gallichan, Nathaniel Fouse, Ashley Sanchez, Russell Bobbitt, Kassie Bobbitt, Chris Faulkner, Colton Faulkner, and Natalie Faulkner; as well as many cousins and extended family.  

Preceded by:

his paternal grandmother: Viola Fouse and maternal great-great-grandparents: Barbara & Junior Goodnight and George Denniston.

    There are no words that we can say that could possibly comfort you at this time, only that we LOVE YOU and baby Maverick Carter SO much. We are truly sorry and heart broken for your loss. We don’t understand why, we can only trust in Jesus, who has Risen, as we proclaimed this past Easter Sunday. Maverick’s Grandmother Viola loved Jesus SO much. We have to TRUST that he is in her loving arms right now, where there is no more pain and tears.

    We don’t know one another, but I saw your tragic loss through a mutual friend. Maverick, what a beautiful baby. My heart is with you as I also lost my first born son at 8 days of age. That was 36 years ago. I’ll pray for your comfort and peace in the days, months and years ahead.

    One day God was walking in the baby section of his garden. He looked down on earth and found how he was looking for baby Maverick. He gently picked baby Maverick into his arms and said peace be thine my son you are home now. Caring for your sweet family is my job. God looked at his garden and it’s now complete. I can rest now.
