Mary I. Morris 85, former Frankfort resident, died March 28, 2010 at her home in West Lafayette. Born July 13, 1924 in Frankfort,IN to the late William Oliver & Mildred Matilda (Tolle) Keever. Mary grew up in Frankfort and attended Frankfort High School. She lived in West Texas for several years before returning to Lafayette. She worked at Delco in Kokomo, Mallory Controls and Purdue University. She was a member of the Bethel Christian Life Center.

Visitation and Services

Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday March 31, 2010 at Hopewell Cemetery. Donations in memory of Mary may be made to her family to assist with the continued care of her son, Harold Morris.

2 Sons: Harold Morris of West Lafayette and Roger Morris of Rossville 1 Sister: Catherine Coy of Frankfort 1 Brother: Kenneth Keever of Tampa, FL 4 Grandchildren: Johanna (Husband Brian) Clemons of Arab, AL, Carla (Companion Ben Coombs) Richards of Dayton, Shawn (Wife Kristine) Morris of Rossville and Travis (Companion Danielle) Morris of Lafayette 9 Great Grandchildren

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

    Mary’s Family:
    I have had Mary on my heart and mind lately and prayed for her. Have been gone from town a lot so didn’t get to see her. But, I am most happy to see that Mary is being rewarded for her faith today. She is healthy and experiencing Heaven and Jesus. Oh, that we all will have such strong faith as she showed us all.
    I pray for Harold especially and pray for the rest of the family. I pray for protection and provision for Harold, peace and comfort from Jesus for you all. God bless you all.
