Mary George, Mike, Gia, and families:
Mary Ellen was, assuredly, one of the true gems of Frankfort and a loving, beautiful soul. Though I barely remember those very early years when our families were neighbors, it was a pleasure to have contact throughout the years with both of your lovely parents. They were an amazing couple, incredible contributors to the community, and truly memorable individuals. Mary Ellen was a perfect lady in so many ways, and she touched many lives with her grace and her kind deeds. So much of this you already knew, though I realize how much the kind words and deeds meant to me when I had to say goodbye to my own mother, who had traits so similar to Mary Ellen. We do miss them, but know they have moved on to a place of peace, calm, and beauty. Do take care, and treasure the great memories and a life well lived.
