Mary Ann Troyer

Mary Ann Troyer, 72, of Frankfort, died November 9, 2021 in her home.  She was born on June 11, 1949 in Plymouth, Indiana to Roy D. and Nina Mae (Shafer) Trump.  She married George M. Troyer on December 27, 1969 and he survives.

Mary Ann was a 1967 graduate of Laville High School and attended Marion College, now Indiana Wesleyan University, for two years.  She was a dedicated housewife.  Mary Ann was a member of Connecting Point Wesleyan Church and loved “doodling”, artwork, and painting.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, November 12, 2021 at Connecting Point Wesleyan Church, 400 S. Third Street, Frankfort 46041.  Funeral service will begin at 4 p.m. Friday at the church.  Alan Downing will officiate.  Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Frankfort, IN.  Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main Street, Frankfort is honored to assist the Troyer family.

Surviving along with her husband, George, are her Daughter:  Sharyn Troyer of Frankfort; Sons:  Jonathan (Kristy) Troyer of Wabash, Daniel (Heidi) Troyer of Frankfort, Timothy Troyer of Frankfort, and Thomas (Joylyn) Troyer of Greensboro, NC; Brothers:  Larry (Diana) Trump of Ithica, MI and Les (Jackie) Trump of Plymouth; Sister: Paula (Henry) Tibbs of Plymouth; Grandchildren: Karis & Hope Troyer of Wabash and Sam & Seth Troyer of Frankfort.

    So sorry to hear about Mary Ann. I have so many fond and wonderful memories of our childhood together; playing and worshipping at Shiloh Church and enjoyed many days sitting at the piano in your family home singing out of the hymnal with Paula and Roy!!! She will be missed by so many.

    So very sorry to hear of Mary Ann’s passing. I went to school & ran around with her from 1st grade all the way thru high school. We had lost contact, but did link up with her for awhile on Facebook. So sorry for your loss. Myrtle Smith ( Snyder).
