Couldn’t believe Martha showed up in Wesley Manor a year or so ago. That’s been my home for many years. I lived at 751 E. South Street growing up and my north/south alley intersected her east west alley so we were catty-corner alley neighbors. Her sister Mary graduated from Frankfort High School in 1941 – I graduated in 1943 – and Martha graduated in 1945, I knew her husband Bob Gee well. He graduated in 1942. So we all grew up about the same time in close proximity. I saw her in the manor several times but none recently – I had no idea she was in hospice. I’m sorry she didn’t live longer. It was always a pleasure to see her and talk about are past – RIP

Thank you Frank for the most wonderful times you spent with our Mom. She talked about you all the time and thought so highly of you. I am glad we all have happy, fond memories of Mom, which we will hold dear and remember. She so loved Frankfort, her friends and all her years of her youth. Going “Home” to Frankfort meant alot to her. Thank you very much for sharing with us. Take care of yourself. Love, Carolyn

Barb and Family, I would like to thank each and everyone of you for sharing your Mother with me. In the short time that I was Martha’s personal driver I learned a lot about Frankfort’s history, sports figures of today and yesteryear and the undying human spirit that your mother possessed. I will miss her as I know you all will. Take care and God Bless.
