Fred and the wonderful Carter family, Memories are such precious moments. We rely on the ones that warm our hearts and bring tears of joy. Our memories of Mitzi at the lake are those of laughter and true companionship. We solved many of societies problems sitting on your deck. She certainly will be missed but never forgotten. She left behind many warm memories for us.

We just returned from Florida to hear the message from Debbie, so I’m sorry to not have reached out earlier. We are very sorry for the loss of Mitzi. I always will remember our visits to Frankfort and how warm and loving the family along with the laughs and great cooking of Aunt Claire, Mitzi and Carol. Mitzi was such a joy to be around and made everyone so comfortable. I’d love to plan an afternoon visit with Fred, Carol, Joe and the family whenever it is convenient for you. Also, you are always welcome to come visit here or we could meet up for a Purdue or Hoosier game. I’d love to bring a few younger Gaffney’s with me, so they can also experience how much we admire and appreciate our relatives from Frankfort. I’d also like to share some old photos. I have your address but no phone number but my email is listed here.

Fond memories as a child visiting Uncle Jim and Aunt Claire’s house when Mitzi, Fred and family would also stop by. She was a special person to have in our lives.
