Lloyd Stonehill passed on December 30, 2021 at 94 years of age on what would have been the 60th anniversary of his marriage to Jean Carole Herzer. Jean was the love of his life, she proceeded him in death, and he proclaimed his love for her on a daily basis both while she was alive and after her passing. We would like to think that he choose to leave this earth life to spend their 60th anniversary together.
Lloyd and Jean have 4 sons: Mark (Angie), Bill (Karen), John (Donna) and Rob. They have 5 grandchildren: Elizabeth, Cort, Nick, Hannah (Joe), and Lauren (Kemble). Lloyd was happy to have the family gather for Christmas 2021 at his home. He reaffirmed his love for all that day. He had a huge smile on his face all day.

Visitation will be 12 noon-2 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2022 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Facebook Twitter GoogleSo sorry to lose my good friend of many years. 1963 on-
We went to the Downtowner to eat today and I mentioned it to the people and they did not know it-and was very shocked. They said he had been in recently-guessing about 3 weeks ago. Rest in peace my friend. Lots of memories.

Facebook Twitter GoogleLloyd was a friend, patient employer, and mentor to me as he gave me my first “off the farm” job right after high school graduation. His patient support was much appreciated as I struggled balancing studies at Purdue and the need to learn and work in the propane business to pay college expenses. His confidence in me was a great encouragement in those early adult years. Sandy and I wish the family comfort in his loss.
