Lloyd C. Beauchamp 87 of Jefferson, Indiana, passed away at 2:42 p.m. Saturday, August 30, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born September 19, 1926 in Frankfort to D.H. & Lois (McClure) Beauchamp and married Sue Peterson on May 30, 1948 in Frankfort who survives.
Mr. Beauchamp was a 1947 graduate of Frankfort High School and a lifelong Clinton County resident. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, he served in the South Seas of the Pacific Theater. He worked at the Ingram Richardson Company in Frankfort for 7 years before retiring from the Nickle Plate Railroad as an engineer & fireman after 33 years of service. Lloyd was a member of the Jefferson United Methodist Church.
Visitation and Services
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the Goodwin Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 2 p.m. until time of service. Entombment with Military Rites will be in Green Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to the Jefferson United Methodist Church.
