    Greg, Tim and Cheryl,
We offer our condolences with the passing of your father. I have many happy memories of him playing basketball and baseball while I was growing up in Whiting. He often came to the school to play basketball on the court with all the guys. May he rest in peace. Thinking of you all and will say a prayer for him.

Mrs. Blastick (Mom), Cissy, Tim, Greg, Cheryl, Missy and family,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Blastick. He was like my second dad. I have a lot of fun memories at your house growing up and he always treated me as if I was one of his own. I remember Cissy and I would sweet talk Mr. B into letting Cissy spend the night at my house. He was always a softie and would grin and say she could if she had her chores done. I also remember Mr. & Mrs. B taking Cissy, Missy and I to the Lake County Fair. The last time I saw Mr. B was 18 years ago at the Whiting Community Center Bowling Alley and he gave me a big hug and I will always remember his sweet smile. He was always a joy to be around and he will truly be missed. I’m lifting your family up in prayer daily during this difficult time and the days to come. Praying that God will wrap His loving arms around you.
I send my love and you’re in my thoughts.
    In Deepest Sympathy, Theresa
