Kristine (Hunter) Winnett, 38, of Frankfort, Ind., died October 8, 2023 at I.U. Health Arnett, Lafayette, Ind.  She was born September 8, 1985 in Lafayette, Ind. to Michael ‘Mike’ Hunter and Tamara (Deeter) Harper.

Kristine was a 2004 graduate of Frankfort High School and attended Ivy Tech in Lafayette.  She was a lifelong Clinton County resident.  Kristine was a mother and homemaker to her five children. She was a ferocious reader, loved to listen to music, crocheting, swimming and was a very talented artist across many different styles.  Her children were her greatest joy.

Visitation and Services

A Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 16, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit beginning at noon until the time of services at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Cemetery.

Mother: Tami Harper, Father: Mike Hunter, Sons: Draven Walker, Derek Walker, Kage Holt, Titan Winnett, Daughter: Kyra Anderson, Sisters: Stephanie Brooke, Brandi (Cody) Harper, April Spaulding, Tia Harper, and Jessica Harper, Brothers: Christopher Harper, TJ Miller, Ray (Destiny) Harper, and Tyler Harper, 20 nieces and nephews, a great niece, a great nephew and one on the way.

her maternal & paternal grandparents and step -father: John Harper Jr.
