Kelly LeAnne Scowden 50, of Frankfort, passed away Sunday, July 13, 2014 at her home. Born December 5, 1963 in Nashville, TN to Michael & Barbara Perry. She married Tim Scowden and he survives. Mrs. Scowden was a homemaker and enjoyed doing crafts. She dearly loved her grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2014 at the Goodwin Funeral Home. Friends may visit one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Scotland Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.

Survived by:

Daughter: Melissa Weber of Colfax, IN, 2 Sons: Kevin Hunter of Forest, IN, Cody Lunsford of Henderson, TN, 3 Sisters: Elena Quinn of California, Channon Lowery of Huntsville, AL, Rayna Marr of Kokomo, IN, 3 Grandchildren: Matthew, Jayden and Gavin Weber.

    Melissa, Kevin and Cody, I am truly saddened for the loss of your Mother. She was just like a daughter to me. I loved her very much and she loved all of you. The greatest gift I could have possibly received was the letter that she wrote to me just days before her passing. I will cherish it forever and I am so happy that I got to share it with all of you. My prayer was answered. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. No one can enter the kindom of heaven except through the Father. I know that she is with Him in Heaven… Love You Kelly. Love you all.
