Joyce A. Leslie 73 of rural Frankfort, died at 2:50 a.m. June 26, 2016 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital.  Born August 20, 1942 in Hillisburg, IN to the late Herschel & Hazel (Bougher) Lee.  She married Vern Leslie on October 7, 1960 in Frankfort and he survives.  Joyce was a 1960 graduate of Frankfort High School and was a lifelong Clinton County resident.  She started with Hooks Drug Store in 1976 and retired from CVS in 2005.  Joyce enjoyed reading, playing games on the computer and visiting with family and her grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Memorial services will be 7 p.m. Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 4 until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to COPD Foundation.

Survived by:

Husband: Vern Leslie of rural Frankfort, Daughter: Toni (Roy) Hill of Frankfort, Son: Rodney Leslie of Tippecanoe County, 2 Brothers: Donald Lee of Frankfort, Harold (Mary) Lee of Spencer, 5 Grandsons, 7 great grandchildren and 1 step great grandchild.

Preceded by:

a brother, James Lee, sister and brother-in-law, Wilma & Ernie Copenhaver, 2 sisters-in-law, Betty Lee and Lucile Lee

    Toni and family: I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you for peace and comfort during this very tough time. Just remember that nothing can ever take away the beautiful memories you have shared and when you feel down just reach inside your heart and pull out one of those beautiful memories and her love will be right there with you.
