Jerrie Sue Hastings

Jerrie Sue Hastings, 70, of rural Clinton County, died February 5, 2023 at her home.  She was born May 13, 1952 in Clinton County to Don Heavilon & Lucy Kemmerer.  She married Robert Hastings on August 21, 1981 and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2020.

Jerrie retired from Frito Lay after 20+ years.  She enjoyed baking, gardening, being outdoors, playing the lottery, watching Soap Operas, playing Dominos and other strategy games. Jerrie also loved spending time with her family and being a Grammy to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 10, 2023 at Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

2 Sons: Donny (Catrina) Goff-Hastings of Frankfort, Michael (Christie) Hastings of Inglewood, CO, Daughter: Lisa Hastings-Cloud of Mulberry, 3 Brothers: Bill Kemmerer of Mulberry, Rick (Renda) Jones of Frankfort, Mick (Sandy) Kemmerer of Frankfort, 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Preceded by:

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Steven Heavilon and a daughter, Nicki Hastings.
