Janice E. Collins, 85, a former Frankfort resident, died at her home in Decatur, Ill. on March 20, 2022. She was born September 3, 1936 in Ockley, Ind. in Carroll County to George S. & Dorothy M. (Curts) Felthoff. She married Herbert E. Collins on January 26, 1952 in Kentucky and he preceded her in death on June 7, 1980.
Janice attended New Hope School in Carroll County.

Visitation and Services
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. April 16, 2022 in Pyrmont Cemetery, Pyrmont, Ind.

Companion: Russ Lingard of Decatur, IL; 2 Daughters: Sheila (Craig) McCarty of Euharlee, GA and Janella (Ned) Pearcy of rural Frankfort; Son: Herb (Laura) Collins of Frankfort; 12 Grandchildren; and 20 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded by:
her parents, spouse, a sister, a brother and an infant granddaughter.
