Jacquelyn Ann Basey Shuler Keck, 72, Frankfort, Ind., went home to be with the Lord at 5 a.m. on February 1, 2017 at St. Elizabeth East, Lafayette, Ind. Born October 20, 1944 in Lebanon, Ind., to Harold E. & Fairy E. (Shoemaker) Basey. She married David L. Shuler on June 23, 1962, and he preceded her in death on May 12, 1978. She then married Philip E. Keck on September 24, 1983, and they later divorced. Jacquelyn was a 1962 graduate of Frankfort Senior High School and lived most of her life in Frankfort. She had worked at Farmers Bank as a teller, was secretary for Mr. Bill Beard at Beard Industries, worked for Susan Kaspar State Farm, Lewis Ford Motor Sales, Ray Rudd Buick, and the BMV. She retired from there in 2009. Jacquelyn was a strong believer in God and Jesus Christ as her Savior. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, quilting, and loved her family deeply.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be Noon-2 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2016 at Goodwin Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.

2 Daughters: Kim (Ken) Phillips of Dayton, Ohio, Kara (Charles) Baetz of Frankfort, 2 Sisters: Julia (Gerry) Hills of Payson, AZ, Joyce (Scott) Popke of Star Valley, AZ, Sister-in-Law: Cheryl Basey of Franklin, NC, 4 Grandchildren, Kayleigh Phillips of Dayton, Ohio, Adelaide Keck, Lorelei Baetz, and Grayson Baetz, all of Frankfort.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Basey, infant son, Douglass W. Shuler, an infant daughter, and an infant son.
