Helen L. Beard 92, of Frankfort, died at 10:40 p.m. May 11, 2015 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born August 10, 1922 in Delphos, OH to William Phillips & Bertha (Conaway) Phillips Kelly. She married James A. “Harley” Beard and he preceded her in death on September 28, 1983. Mrs. Beard attended Frankfort Schools and was a homemaker. She also worked at Mallory Controls for 17 years and Wal-Mart for 13 years. Helen was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church. She had lived in Largo, Florida for 11 years. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting and ceramics, teaching ceramics in her home for many years and played the organ.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015 with the service beginning at 1 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society.

Daughter: Elizabeth J. (Wayne) Morris of Mendon, MI, 2 Daughters-in-Law: Bonnie Dirbas of Mulberry, Karla “Penny” Dirbas of Frankfort, 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren and many extended family members.

two sons, Tom & Tim Dirbas.
I love you grandma. You were an amazing women with so many different stories to tell of all the things you were able to fit into your life. You made sure all of us knew we were loved. Fly high beautiful angel. Until we meet again

I will miss our talks and hearing your stories of love for your family, but I am comforted that you are with God at rest. This is not a goodbye….but I will see you again….
