Twenty-five years ago, when I was first running for the Greencastle City Council, I met Keith. Then and for all the years afterward, I was deeply impressed with his kindness, generosity, knowledge of the arts and artistic abilities, and, of course, with his warm support during my fourteen years on Council. Campaigning on Sunset Drive, I always looked forward to stopping at his home and visiting with him. He was a remarkable man, and I am saddened by his passing. My sincerest condolences to his family.
