Glennis Lovitt, 80, of Camden, Ind., passed away July 5, 2024 in his home. He was born on December 1, 1943 in Holly Hill, Kentucky to Orville and Helen (Lay) Lovitt. He was previously married to the late Marsha Holt.
Glennis earned his GED and worked as a roofer. He attended Pilgrim Holiness Church and enjoyed fishing and hunting in his younger years, spending time with his dogs, and watching the chickens and birds.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be Noon to 2 p.m. Friday, July 12, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park, Frankfort.

Surviving are his Children: Glenda Lovett of Frankfort, Jeffery Lovett of Kokomo, Rita Lovett of Frankfort, and Jonathan Lovett (Rebecca Taylor) of Camden; Sister: Christine Brown of Frankfort; 17 Grandchildren; and several Great-Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Melissa Lovett, and sisters: Shirley Schooley and Brenda Lovett.
