Gary W. Beard, 70, of Frankfort, died October 19, 2019 at home, unexpectedly. He was born August 19, 1949 in Frankfort, Ind. to the late Kenneth D. & Nadine (Edmonds) Beard. He married Patti L. Palmore on September 23, 1978 in Frankfort and she survives.
Gary was a 1968 graduate of Frankfort High School and attended Ball State University. He was a lifelong Frankfort resident. He was employed with Hinshaw Roofing for 30 years and retired from there. He was recently attending the Jefferson United Methodist Church. Gary enjoyed music, was a bass player for The Medicine Man Band and had played in various bands since he was 15.
Visitation and Services
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Victory Chapel, 196 Lewis Smith Road, Frankfort. No visitation is planned. Memorial donations may made to Victory Chapel.
