    Charlie and Nancy,
I’m very sorry to read of your father’s passing. I have many fond memories of your family from your days on Kent Court. Your parents always made me feel welcome in your house. Your mom was so tolerant of all the “bugs” Charlie and I brought to your house and the carbon-tetrachloride we used to euthanize them. I remember her driving us out to St. Paul’s Cemetery and Allen’s Woods to hunt the big-game butterflies. And she got us and our entomology exhibits to the State Fairgrounds for the State Fair. I recall your dad taking us to the first day of qualifications for the 500 and it rained all day. Later when my dad couldn’t take us to the race, your dad stepped up and took us (1969?). Once you moved to S. O’Neil St. we began to lose contact.
    With deepest sympathy
