Frances Ann Hoyer

Frances Ann Harland Hoyer 89, of Frankfort, IN, died 9:00 a.m. November 27, 2011 at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital. Born March 26, 1922 in Frankfort, IN to Lance & Lucy (Huffer) Harland. Her marriage was to Guy E. Hoyer. Mrs. Hoyer was a 1940 graduate of Frankfort High School and was a lifelong Frankfort resident. She worked in sales at J.C. Penney for 30 years, retiring in 1988. Her memberships include; St. Matthew United Methodist Church, Tri Kappa, and Clinton Chapter of O.E.S. She and Guy enjoyed attending dinners and dances at the Scottish Rites Cathedral in Indianapolis. They especially liked the Glenn Miller Orchestra and Big Band era music.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday November 30th 2011, at the Goodwin Funeral Home. With services there on Thursday December 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Rev. Michael Lawson will officiate. Entombment will be in Green Lawn Mausoleum. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Cancer Fund.

2 Sons: Thomas H. (Phyllis) Hoyer of Frankfort and William L. (Cindy) Hoyer of Frankfort 4 Grandchildren: Chris Hoyer of Kokomo, Megan (Jeff) Meyer of Frankfort, Tracey Hoyer of Muncie and Ashley (Ronnie) Gavala of Lafayette 3 Great Grandchildren: Tommy, Georgia, and Jack.

    To Tom, Bill and families,
    My condolences to you on the loss of your mother. She and I have been friends for as long as I can remember and I will also feel the loss. She was one great person and I have many fond memories of our high school days and the fun we had. She will always be in my heart.
