Elva Inez Moore, 79, of Frankfort, died November 12, 2020 at Wesley Manor. She was born December 14, 1940 in Williamsport, PA to Anthony & Inez Rose (Keebler) Mascaro. She was raised by her aunt & uncle, John W. & Louise Keebler after her parents died. She married Keith F Moore, Sr. on November 29, 1963 in Fallbrook, CA and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2002.
Elva was a 1959 graduate of Hanford California High School. She moved to Frankfort in 1984. A homemaker, she also worked at Marsh, Kmart and Meijer’s. She was of the Christian faith. Elva enjoyed crocheting, knitting, Gospel music and tv shows.

Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2020 at the funeral home. Kelly Kurth will officiate the service. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. This service will be live-streamed. To participate, please follow the link on our website. I’m so sorry for the family loss. Elva was such a sweet lady I loved taking care of her when I work at Wesley Manor she will for sure be miss god bless the family.
