Maxine and Tom meant the world to our parents Mike & Mildred Davis and us. Mom and Dad thought they were the best of neighbors to have. They were full of fun and good times. They hosted Christmas carolers to hot chocolate and goodies. They worked in the church and made things happen. Thanks for sharing Tom and Maxine with us. They were a blessing to all.

I was so sorry to hear of Maxine’s passing. I was told a lot of stories about Maxine and Tom through my grandmother Leota Hinton. They were wonderful people and will be greatly missed. God’s blessings to all of you.

Facebook Twitter GoogleSending condolences and comfort to Maxine’s family and extended loved ones. I wish I had known her better, though recall many fond expressions about her from the elder members of my family. It was always a fascination to me that Maxine and her siblings are related in two separate ways–through the Pollards (my grandmother was a Pollard) and the Rogers (my grandfather’s family). With love and blessings to you all.
