Dustin Ryan Nail, 41, of Colfax, Ind., died June 24, 2021.  He was born February 29, 1980 in Frankfort, Ind. to Robert Nail & Pamela Sue (Harshbarger) Nail.

He attended Clinton Prairie High School and was a lifelong Colfax resident.  He worked in construction.  Dustin loved fishing, riding the four-wheeler, was a mommy’s boy and his greatest joy was spending time outdoors and with his family and friends.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Goodwin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2021 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.

Survived by:

Parents: Robert & Pamela Nail of Colfax, 3 Sons: Cameron, Elijah & Isaiah Nail, 2 Brothers: Joseph (Sara) Nail and their children, Kasia, Max, Brooklyn and Braxton, Daniel (Jenny) Nail and their children, Cohen, Josie, Kaylee and Zoey, Great Niece: Caselyn, Paternal Grandmother: Bernice Krolczyk, and Step Paternal Grandmother: Elaine Nail.

Preceded by:

paternal grandfather, Harold Nail, step grandfather, Bill Krolczyk, cousin, Kari Beth Warthan and maternal grandparents, Max & Mildred Harshbarger.

    I am so sorry for your loss. Dustin could be the sweetest man on earth or the biggest pain in the butt! But we all loved every shade of him. I can’t even begin to tell you how much I’m gonna miss him. We all are. I pray that God takes you all into his arms and holds you tight. You don’t deserve to be going through this right now and I wish I could change it all. I love every one of you and will always be here for you no matter what. I love you Nail family you will all always be my family and I will always keep his memory alive. RIP Dustin Ryan. I love you. Always have, always will.

    We all loved Dustin so much. Will miss him everyday of my life forever. He lived life to the fullest. I’m so sorry to the Nail family. I love everyone of you and always will be here if you need anything. Dustin loved all of you so much. He is at peace and always with us! Fly high boo. I love you forever!!
