Facebook Twitter GoogleDear Robin and family,
All of us are better for knowing Mike. He is a bright and shining example of the consummate professional. Dr. Sovanich was a superlative dentist- exceeding skillful and caring. We shared patients when someone would move to Indy- so it was always great to see his work and collaborate with him. I loved his laugh and the twinkle in his eye. He was a loyal friend. Generations of Hoosiers will benefit from his guidance as a teacher. His students admired and respected him and voted him Outstanding Instructor. He made all of us better.
Much love, your forever friend, BOO

Facebook Twitter GoogleDr. Sovanich was one of my professors in dental school. He was unique- a blend of clinician, teacher, comedian, and mentor that you can not teach or develop through repetition. It was the product of his character and work ethic. I’m lucky to have had him in my corner. My condolences to his family.

He continually offered his services to everyone, and I will always admire his persistence to do right by his patients and his incredible work ethic. May he rest in peace, and may all of his teachings and legacy be held by those who survived him and those that he touched. Sending my sincere condolences during this time.
