Douglas Leroy Leazenby, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Oct 23, 2020 in his home in St. George, Utah.  He was raised in the Hillisburg area and graduated from Clinton Central High School.  Preceded in death were his parents, E. Wayne Kelley and Waverly (Harlan) Kelley and his sister Michelle Martin.  He is survived by his best friend and cousin Michael Harlan of St. George, Utah and his aunt Beverly Van Hook of Lafayette, Indiana.  Doug was a veteran of the U.S. Marines.
