Dorothy Kay “Dottie” Ticen of Frankfort, died October 9, 2021 at Wesley Manor.  She was born March 4, 1946 in W. Lafayette, Ind. to William Jefferson & Kay Laurel (Van Pelt) Mulvey.

Dottie was a 1964 graduate of Klondike High School.  She had worked at Donaldson’s in Frankfort and Loebs in Lafayette.  She was of the Christian Faith.

 

 

Visitation and Services

No services are planned.  Clinton County Crematory and Goodwin Funeral Home are honored to assist the family with arrangements. 

Survived by:

Surviving are her Daughter:  Janet Kay Bylsma McMillan of Richmond, VA; 2 Sons:  James A. “Jimmy” Bylsma of Indianapolis and Jeffrey Lee Bylsma of Richmond, VA; Friend:  Patty L. Brackett of Frankfort; and 5 Grandchildren.  

Preceded by:

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Mulvey.

    So sorry, Jim. I remember lots of good times with your mother when you were in 8th grade and on into HS. Take care, friend.

    I was saddened to hear of Dottie’s passing. My brother Cliff and Dottie were good friends for many years and I always enjoyed seeing her vibrant smile and personality. She was a real sweetheart!!
