Dorothy J. Stroup, 86, of Frankfort, died at 9:00 a.m. June 30, 2017 at her home. Born November 3, 1930 in Marion County, Indiana and was the daughter of Victor & Irene (Seaman) Marshall. She married Robert W. Stroup on September 27, 1952 and he survives. Mrs. Stroup was a 1948 graduate of Frankfort High School. She had worked at People Life Insurance, P.R. Mallory Co., and in food service for Frankfort schools, Kyger and the Frankfort Middle school. She was a member of the Geetingsville Presbyterian Church. Dorothy loved to travel and was an avid Frankfort and I.U. sports fan.
Visitation and Services
Family services will be held. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of donor’s choice.

Husband: Robert W. Stroup of Frankfort, Daughter: Debra J. (Dale) McGuff of Lady Lake, Florida, and a Son: Richard D. Stroup of Lebanon.
Preceded by:
2 brothers, James & Thomas Marshall.
