Donna Paula Bailey

Donna Paula Bailey, 69, of Sheridan, Ind., died May 7, 2021 at her home.  She was born on December 20, 1951 in Marion County to Charles M. and Evelyn B. (Andrews) Waggoner.  She married Kenneth Perry on July 2, 1969 and he preceded her in death on September 3, 1975.  She married Loy Parsons in 1978 and they later divorced.

Donna was a 1969 graduate of Sheridan High School and earned her Associates Degree from Mountain Empire Community College in Big Stone Gap, VA.  She was a self-employed in home health care provider.  She loved her family, friends, and animals and enjoyed gardening and sewing.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5635 W. 96th Street, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN  46278.

Visitation and Services

No Services are planned.  Burial will take place in Little Eagle Creek Cemetery at a later date.  Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort is honored to assist the Bailey family.

Surviving are her Daughter: Kathy Brush (Bill Estes) of Sheridan; Step-Daughters: Roberta Parsons of Frankfort, Rhonda Quick of Sheridan, and Rick (Jill) Parsons of Lebanon; Brother: Tony Waggoner (Amy Stewart) of Elwood; 6 Grandchildren: Abby Brush, Ethan Brush, Nathan Joiner, Hannah King, Callie Quick, and Kayla Quick; 1 Great-Granddaughter: Lorraina Gonzalez, 3 Great Grandsons, Devon Reynolds, Elijah Joiner and Everett Joiner, Niece: Carlie Waggoner, along with several other nieces.

Preceded by:

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, and son: Jeffrey Perry.
