Donald D. Barnard 76 of Frankfort died at 9:55 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2015 at Clinton House Health and Rehabilitation Center.  He was born May 5, 1939 in Kokomo, IN to Hobert Dean & Ina Mary (Johnson) Barnard.  He married Nancy Briney in May of 1959 and they divorced. Donald attended Tipton Township schools. A roofer and general contractor, he was self-employed for 50 years. He retired from Alcoa after 22 years. His memberships include; Moose Lodge for 21 years, Boy Scouts of America for 12 years, Order of Arrow of 10 years and Royal Youth for 5 years.

Visitation and Services

Graveside services will be held in the Green Lawn Chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 18, 2015. The family will receive visitors starting at 1 p.m. Memorials may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses.

Daughter: Donna Weber of Kirklin 2 Sons: Laurence Edward “Larry” Dean (Debbie) Barnard of Lafayette Mark Allen Barnard of Jackson, MI 2 Sisters: Mary Jane (Vick) Sutton of Logansport Patricia Beety of Logansport 3 Brothers: Harold (Sally) Barnard of Bennett’s Switch, IN George (Rose) Barnard of Dillingham, AK Robert “Butch” (Lil) Barnard of Cleveland, TX 7 Grandchildren and several Great Grandchildren

a son-in-law, Merl Weber and longtime companion, Mildred Hill
