Dennis Bradley “Brad” Conner 52 of Kennesaw, GA passed away on June 11, 2015 in Georgia.  He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on February 23, 1963 to Dennis E. & Dianna Kae (Shaff) Conner.  Prior to working as a Master Electrician he served in the US Army. He later owned and operated the General Computer Store in Kennesaw. His love of Civil War history and his technical background lead him to develop and maintain a highly praised website about the history of “The General” locomotive. Brad enjoyed hunting, fishing and skiing. He was a longtime member of the Kennesaw United Methodist Church.  Brad was the grandson of Samuel C. Shaff.

Visitation and Services

An hour of visitation will be held starting at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Goodwin Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kennesaw United Methodist Church, 1801 Ben King Road, Kennesaw, GA, 30144. The Goodwin Funeral Home is assisting with local services and arrangements.

Survived by:

Mother: Dianna Kae Shaff Conner (Husband-John Wood) of Kennesaw, GA Sister: Dawn (Husband-Grant) Salmon of Marietta, GA 2 Nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
