Claude A. Moore

Claude A. Moore 82 of rural Frankfort, died at 2:10 p.m. December 7, 2010 at his home. Born April 8, 1928 in Hillisburg, IN to the late Sidney & Lela Mae (Smith) Moore. He married Martha A. Bitner on July 5, 1957 and she survives. Mr. Moore was a graduate of Jefferson Township School in Kempton, and was a lifelong Clinton and Tipton Counties resident. He served in the Army National Guard from 1948-1962. Mr. Moore worked for FMC in Tipton for 41 years, then Normal Life Children’s Home in Sheridan. He was a member of the former Michigantown Wesleyan Church.

Visitation and Services

Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, December 10th at Goodwin Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, December 9th from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society, envelopes will be available.

2 Daughters: Claudia “CJ” Moore of Frankfort and Guyla Mayfield of Frankfort 1 Son: David Moore of Frankfort 1 Sister: Jesse Darlene Winkel of Kokomo 1 Brother: Charles Moore of Frankfort 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 5 Step great grandchildren
