Christopher Lee Vandervort

Christopher Lee Vandervort, 53, of Frankfort, died November 15, 2022 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville, IN.  He was born on December 13, 1968 in Frankfort.  His parents were Brenda Jean (Evans) Snell and Terry Eugene Snell.

For the majority of his life, Chris lived in Frankfort and was a 1987 graduate of Westfield High School.  He was a self-employed entrepreneur.  Known to many as being a self-proclaimed hustler, he enjoyed having a good time, playing cards, fishing, and music; however, his greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Visitation and Services

Per Chris’s wishes, no services are planned.  Clinton County Crematory and Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort are assisting the family with arrangements.

Surviving are his Parents: Brenda and Terry Snell of Frankfort; Daughters: Danielle Reneé Vandervort and Jordan Leigh Vandervort both of Frankfort; Brother: Tommy (Yvonne) Vandervort of Noblesville; Sisters: Julia (Walter) Turner of Russiaville and Sabra Snell of Frankfort; and Grandchildren: Brayden, Sophia, and Zander; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

    Chris bub Rip we always had an amazing time the sneaky things you did, mostly having a good time. You playing with Simba for hours you will never be forgotten. I know you are with us in our hearts God needed you more I know. I have a guardian angel with me at all times even though it scares me but I know it’s you looking over all of us. We love you, we’ll miss you terribly, fly high buddy, I’ll see you again rest in peace, I love you.
