Saddened by the death of Charlie. Phoebe & I had the pleasure of worshiping with he & Norma years ago at the First Baptist Church. Always appreciated his witness to our Lord & Savior. It always brought a smile to me seeing Charley on his walks … I imagine he was getting spiritual physical & spiritual exercise. We miss the visitation and we’ll be in a meeting in Indianapolis at the time of the funeral.
To all the family and especially our neighbors Jim and Monacettia may God bless each of you as you celebrate the life of Charlie. Your family is a living testimony to Charlie & Norma.

Uncle Charles was always very good to me and ALWAYS made me laugh. He also always listened when I called during my troubled years. My memories of him are of kindness and gentleness, and laughter. He was a good brother to my Dad. My father always looked up to him and spoke highly of him. Wish I had spent more time with him. My condolences to my cousins James, Philip, Brian, and Keith, and their families.
