Dear Family,
I wish to express my sympathy for the loss of your mother. Although I did not know Gene personally I know it takes a kind, loving and caring person to care for the children of others, I too having been in that profession. Please take comfort in knowing that God is there for you. As Isaiah 66:13 says: “Like a man whom his own mother keeps comforting, so I myself shall keep comforting you people.” What a wonderful thought that God cares for us that much, we can go to him in prayer whenever we want. May your wonderful memories of Gene help you through this time of grief.
