Julia I. Healey, 80, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died March 30, 2019 at Coventry Meadows, Fort Wayne, Ind. She was born April 10, 1938 in Kokomo, to Glenn Harlan & Ruby Pearl (Nice) Van Tyle. She married Walter J. Healey on April 9, 1983 and he preceded her in death on October 4, 2013.
Julia was a 1955 graduate of Frankfort High School. She worked as an administrative assistant, retiring from General Motors. Julia enjoyed playing golf, reading and traveling.
Visitation and Services
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.

2 Daughters: Kim Antisdel of Fort Wayne, and Carrie (K. Edward) Fisher of Jacksonville, NC, 1 Son: Kevin Nicholas of Ocala, FL, 2 Sisters: Vicky (Steve) Woods and Janice Elliott, both of Frankfort, Brother: Donald (Wanda) Van Tyle of Atlanta, GA, Brother-in-Law: Jack Shanklin of Lubbock, TX, 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded by:
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Phyllis Shanklin, granddaughter, Angie Holmes and great granddaughter, Jordan Johnson.
Rest in peace my sweet Aunt JuJu, you will be missed.
