Ryan Matthew Stevens 26 of Frankfort, IN, died September 19, 2011 at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. Born May 1, 1985 in Frankfort, IN to Rick J. & Ellen J. (Flora) Stevens. Ryan was a 2004 graduate of Frankfort High School. For the past 2 years, he worked at Ulen Country Club (Grounds Crew) in Lebanon, IN and also owned and operated his own lawn care business. He was a member of the St. Matthew United Methodist Church.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be Thursday, September 22nd from 5-8 p.m. at Goodwin Funeral Home. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 23, 2011 at St. Matthew United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Saul to Paul Ministries, 8400 W. St. Rd. 46, Ellettsville, IN 47429, envelopes will be available.

    I didn’t know Ryan very well, but I knew him well enough to know he was a good kid with a good heart. Always remember those times in which he was able to display those traits. My prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

    Kristen, I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I did not know him but if he was anything like you, Ryan was a very sweet, caring and hard working individual. Please tell your parents how sorry I am for their loss as well. I will say a special prayer for you and your family.
