Lynn Ann Highley, 59, of Frankfort, died November 14, 2024 at Wesley Manor. She was born June 11, 1965 in Indianapolis. Her parents are Harold E. & Ann (McDonald) Highley.
Lynn was a 1983 graduate of Clinton Prairie High School, received her BA degree from Purdue University and her Master’s degree from IUPUI. She loved her dogs, Pepe and Tazzy.

Visitation and Services

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the New Life Assembly of God Church, 2025 Washington Ave., Frankfort, Ind. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Clinton County Humane Society, P.O. Box 455, Frankfort, IN 46041. Goodwin Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Mother: Ann Highley of Frankfort, Brother: David H. (Carol) Highley of rural Frankfort, Niece Kendra (Brandon) Fearnow of rural Frankfort, Nephew: Brandon Highley of Frankfort, Great Nephews: Tristan, Payne, and Gunnar Fearnow, Great Niece: Azraella Highley.
