Karol Ellen Waggoner, 79, of Frankfort, died October 19, 2024 at Wesley Manor in Frankfort. She was born on February 6, 1945 in Clinton County to Paul and Virginia (Jones) Good. She married Robert Waggoner on January 14, 1966 in Frankfort and he survives.
A lifetime Frankfort resident, Karol was a 1963 graduate of Frankfort High School and attended Ball State University. She worked for several years at Regions Bank and then the Frankfort Waste Water Treatment Plant, retiring from there in 2013. She enjoyed reading and puzzles.
Memorial donations may be made in Karol’s honor to Wesley Manor Good Samaritan’s Fund, 1555 N. Main Street, Frankfort, IN 46041.
Visitation and Services
A Private Family Service is being held at Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort is honored to assist the Waggoner family.

Surviving along with her husband: Robert are her Daughter: Debra Gray of Frankfort; Sons: Brad (Georgia) Waggoner of Rossville and Brian (Amy) Waggoner of Frankfort; 6 Grandchildren: Morgan (Vance) Stwalley, Bryce Gray, Brett Waggoner, Emily (Chase) Harkrider, Lucas Waggoner, and Trevor (Mica) Waggoner; along with 4 Great-Grandchildren.
