Scott Duane Walker, 60, of Frankfort, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on October 3, 2024 at I.U. Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. He was born on February 8, 1964 in Clinton County to Gordon Duane Walker and Donna Faye (Perrel) Walker Snodgrass.
Scott was a devoted husband to his soulmate, Teresa M. Klecz Walker, whom he married on June 16, 2018. Together, they shared countless adventures, traveling the world and finding joy in simple moments spent by the ocean with their beach chairs side by side.
A passionate advocate for youth athletics, Scott dedicated much of his time to coaching and mentoring young athletes in the Clinton Central basketball program, which held a special place in his heart. A proud 1982 graduate of Clinton Central, he remained deeply connected to the community throughout his life.
In 2009, Scott co-founded Premier Crop Insurance with his beloved friend Ron, where he found fulfillment in serving his clients and building lasting relationships. He was also a member of the Michigantown Christian Church.
Scott’s warmth was felt by all who knew him; he had an infectious smile and a contagious giggle. He made it a point to check in on friends and family, spreading kindness wherever he went.
