Joyce D. Miller, 80, of Frankfort, died September 26, 2024 at Clinton House, Frankfort, IN.  She was born January 31, 1944 in Tompkinsville, KY to Ozzie and Ada (Pickrell) Jackson.  She married Richard Miller on April 11, 1972 in Cicero, IN and he preceded her in death on February 26, 2015.

Joyce was a nurse’s aide, working for Millers Merry Manor.  She was a member of the Ash Street Wesleyan Church in Tipton.

 

 

Visitation and Services

As per Joyce’s wishes, no services are planned. Clinton County Crematory and Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort are assisting the family with arrangements.

Survived by:

Daughters: Angie (David) Moore of Frankfort, Donna Hammack of Paragon, IN, Son: Richard E. (Debbie) Miller of Georgia, Brother: Dallas Jackson of Tipton, 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Preceded by:

In addition to her parents and spouse, she was preceded in death by a 4 sisters, Jerline Ogden, Alice Tubbs, Opal Blythe and Jewell Murray, brothers, Paul & James Jackson and grandchildren, Heather Hammack and Nicholas Michaels.
