Kenneth W. “Kenny” Posey, 72, of Frankfort, died September 13, 2024 at the home of his daughter. He was born June 3, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio to Grover Cleveland & Grace (Riley) Posey. He married Linda Fay Spears on March 21, 1970 in Clay County and she preceded him in death on August 2, 2016.
Kenny attended Five Points in Fairbourne, Ohio. He began hanging drywall in 1970. He was a member of Victory Chapel Church. Kenny enjoyed fishing, dominos and loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 1-4 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Visitation will also be from 12 Noon-1 p.m. Monday with the funeral service beginning at 1 p.m. Monday, September 23rd at the funeral home. James Barnard will officiate. Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Victory Chapel, 196 Lewis Smith Road, Frankfort, IN 46041.

Daughters: Susie (Bobby) Stockton of Frankfort, Hazel (Kenny) Jones of Mulberry, Son: Bobby Posey of Frankfort, Girlfriend: Sue Hardy of Frankfort, Sons-in-law: Todd (Whitney) Swisher Sr. of Tennessee, Matt Sink of Frankfort, Herbie Carroll of Frankfort, Charles Stockton of Lafayette, Daughters-in-law: Kim Sink of Laporte, Tonya Horn of Frankfort, Jamie Lewis of Camden, Brothers: Roscoe (Sue) Posey of Ohio, Billy (Tracy) Posey of Ohio, Grover (Kay) Posey of Ohio, Sisters: Virginia (Eric) Smith of Frankfort, Linda Caroline (Dick) Schooley of Frankfort, Sister-in-Law: Julie Posey, 18 Grandchildren, 30 Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and spouse, he was preceded in death by son, Tommy Posey, sisters, Susie Grove, Janet Posey, Rose Whitt and brothers, Robert & Clayton Posey.
So sorry for your loss, Uncle Kenny was an amazing person and he will be missed
