Linda S. Clark, 70, of Frankfort, died March 9, 2024 at I.U. Health Arnett Hospital, Lafayette, Ind. She was born May 28, 1953 in Frankfort, Ind. to Roscoe & Dora Mae Crowell. She married Thomas Clark on August 20, 1982 in St. Petersburg, FL and he survives.
Linda was a 1971 graduate of Clinton Prairie High School and was a longtime Frankfort resident. She was a circulation manager of The Frankfort Times and for 15 years worked as a tax preparer with Jackson Hewitt. Linda was a charter member and very active, and a former treasurer with the Grace Baptist Church, Clinton County director of Special Olympic for many years, and was an instructor with the Red Cross. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, arts & crafts and helping with Vacation Bible School.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be from 12 Noon-1 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m., with Kevin Alber officiating. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Special Olympics of Clinton County.

her husband: Thomas Clark of Frankfort, daughter: Crystal (Kenneth) Jones of rural Frankfort, sons: Christopher Clark of Buffalo, Ind., Allen Clark of Indianapolis, Carlton (Brittany) Clark of Frankfort, Joseph Clark of Frankfort, Benjamin Clark of Texas, step-son: Jason (Meara) Clark of Virginia, brothers: Henry (Alice) Crowell of Taylors, SC, David (Kim) Crowell of Camarillo, CA, sisters: Brenda McMillin of Leominster, MA, Edris (Arvid) Olson of Lafayette, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
