Evelyn F. Suite, 72, of Frankfort, Ind., died, surrounded by her loved ones on March 3, 2024 at I.U. Health Arnett, Lafayette, Ind.  She was born January 17, 1952 in Clinton County to Clarence H. Pippenger Jr. & Janet J. (Camp) Pippenger.  She married Gilbert A. Suite on May 10, 1969 in Frankfort.

Evelyn attended Frankfort High School.  She had previously worked at Wesley Manor and was a homemaker.  She enjoyed camping, having cook-outs and loved her favorite dog, Sadie.

Visitation and Services

A Funeral Service will be held at Noon on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Friends may visit from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Survived by:

In addition to her husband, Gilbert, Evelyn is survived by her son, Allen (Bridgett) Suite of Frankfort, granddaughters Kaylie Boyce (Suite) and Alyssa Jones, sister, Mari (Junior) Ashlock of rural Frankfort, her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family and friends that loved her dearly.

    Eve was such an amazing friend. She and I started out as knowing each other from jr high to current. Been close to knowing each other close to 60 yrs. We have tons of amazing memories from going fishing at the pits to setting for hours at the kitchen table playing Yahtzee popping jokes to the point of her giving me a ice tea shower from a funny thing I said. Eve went from a school mate to friends to calling each other Sis. I love you Sis, now is your time to rest and visit with mom P and Lisa.

    Would like to extend our condolences to the family. Evelyn will be missed by alot. She was a good person. Enjoyed hanging with them years ago. We knew all her family, sorry to hear of her passing.
