Frank E. Hale, 53, of Frankfort, died November 14, 2023. He was born January 24, 1970 in Frankfort, Ind. to Elmer E. & Yvonn (Gillum) Hale.
Frank attended Frankfort Schools and lived most of his life in Clinton County. He worked for Coffman Grain Bins as an installer. He formerly attended Frankfort First Wesleyan Church. Frank enjoyed fishing, knife collecting and was known as a generous person.
Visitation and Services
Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Bunnell Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Goodwin Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.

his twin brother, Albert, father, Elmer and grandparents.
Yvonn, I am so sorry to read of Frank’s passing. You know that I remember him as a sweet first grader. When his children went to Kyger when I was principal, he was always so supportive and helpful to me. Frank will always be that positive, sweet, helpful little boy to me. You have my deepest sympathy.
