Erik A. Shrock, 29, of Frankfort, died unexpectedly January 28, 2022 at his home.  He was born February 19, 1992 in Frankfort to Rick Shrock & Rita (Thies) Northern. Erik lived in Clinton County most of his life.  He was a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza.  He was an avid skateboarder and enjoyed music, video games and writing poetry.

Visitation and Services

Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S. Main St., Frankfort. Funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The family appreciates donations to Goodwin Funeral Home to help with final expenses.

Survived by:

mother: Rita (fiancé Russell Copus) Northern of Muncie, father: Rick Shrock of Kokomo, grandmother: Beverly Thies of Frankfort, 2 brothers: Josh Myers of Michigan, Daniel (fiancé Summer) Northern of Lafayette, step-father: Stephen Commings of Frankfort, step-sister: Samantha Commings of Lebanon, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded by:

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Maylynn Nicole Shrock and grandfather, Wayne Thies.

    Please know that all of you are in my prayers and thoughts. I am praying that God may comfort and hold you close to Him during this trying time. Hold onto the good memories. I love you all, Rita, Steve, Daniel and Samantha. I am so very sorry for your loss, lean on God to help you. To Erik’s extended family and friends thank you for the kind words that you shared. I am soo sorry that you lost your grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.
