Ruby G. Sacra, 96, of Frankfort, died February 3, 2022 at her home. She was born February 9, 1925 in Sullivan County, Ind. to Ernest & Euleta (Taft) Grantham. She married Arthur L. Sacra on October 28, 1942 in Sullivan, Ind. and he preceded her in death on December 9, 2007.
Ruby was a graduate of Shelburn High School, Sullivan County, Ind. and studied at I.U. Business School. She had worked at the Clinton County Court House in the Clerk’s Office, Probation Office and was a Court Reporter for Judge O’Neil, retiring in 1994 after 17 years. She was a member of the Memorial Parkway Church of Christ. She was also a former member of Tri Kappa, was a former board member at Paul Phillippe Resource Center and was an avid Bridge player.
Visitation and Services
Private family services were held. Burial was in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Memorial Parkway Church of Christ, 1987 S. Jackson St., Frankfort, IN 46041.

Son: David L. (Sonja) Sacra of Frankfort, 2 Sisters: Thelma Harris of Ohio, Ernestine McHugh of Evansville, 2 Grandchildren: Sarah Beth (Jared) Lohsl of Frankfort, Taylor Lee (Fiancé Savanah Davison) Sacra of Frankfort, 4 Great Grandchildren: Alex Gilmore, Kaise Gilmore, Elise Lohsl and Wren Lohsl.
