Susan L. (Stewart) O’Brien, 69, of Frankfort, died May 27, 2021 at I.U. Health Arnett, Lafayette, Ind. She was born July 29, 1951 in Frankfort, Indiana to Herman Wayne & Velma Mae (Laughner) Stewart. She married John R. O’Brien on June 21, 1969 at the Woodside Christian Church, Frankfort and he survives.
Sue was a 1969 graduate of Frankfort High School and a lifelong Frankfort resident. She had worked in the Frankfort Municipal Utilities office for 25 years, retiring in 2011 as the Billing Office Manager. She was a member of the Mulberry Baptist Church, American Legion Auxiliary and VFW Auxiliary. Susan loved working in the yard with her flowers. She enjoyed playing her video slots. She loved everything about her grandchildren and enjoyed family get-togethers, especially the holiday seasons. She also enjoyed spending winters in Hilton Head, SC with John.
Visitation and Services
Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the Clinton County Humane Society, P.O. Box 455, Frankfort, IN 46041.

O’Brien of Frankfort, 2 Sons: Douglas (Stephanie) O’Brien of rural Frankfort and Kevin (Martha) O’Brien of Frankfort, Sister: Sandra (companion Mike Kemmerer) Glover of Frankfort, 6 Grandchildren, Whitney (Michael) Burns of Highland, Ind., Baileigh (fiancé Travis Riley), Mason, Mallory, Cooper and Chloe O’Brien, all of Frankfort, and 1 Great Granddaughter, Ridley Burns.

her parents and a brother-in-law, Roy Glover.

Love to all the families. John, Doug, Kevin and Sues family, Grandkids and Johns brother and sister-in-law Mike and Donna who went almost everywhere with John and Sue. We had wonderful times at the ball diamonds and parties, weddings, etc. Sue will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
